The Sumidero Canyon, on the Grijalva River, is located near Tuxtla Gutiérrez, capital of the state of Chiapas (Mexico). The canyon begins near the city of Chiapa de Corzo.
The Ecological Reserve in Sumidero Canyon is home to a great variety of wildlife.
